Google Forms has undergone several major updates recently, with the addition of floating tool bar, incorporated drop down menu for settings, and most recently addition of autograde quizzes without an add-on!  I created this overview of how to create a basic google form with an explanation of the question types and settings.

Quizzes with Google Forms

Google Forms update now allows quiz creation and grading in the form.  It also allows for answer feedback in written form or as a link (can be done with both correct or incorrect answers).  The quiz feature alone is a substantial upgrade but allowing for remediation takes forms to an entirely different level!  Short tutorial on forms quiz creation:
